Birria tacos and other flavors (can’t remember) were impressive too I’m impressed that they can make such good vegan meats without being a big metropolitan hub that caters to vegans. “ Legit the best vegan tacos I’ve ever had. They have a huge range of different “meats” and if I could marry this restaurant and eat their food for the rest of my life I would.
